Worming My Way Back To You Babe <3 is an exhibition of small tufted works. Oblong pupils glow beneath pelts, six legs are sapphically spliced, badness is tightly sweated out, a lonely parasite emerges hopeful. These works were made in the strange and uneasy unfurl/stretch/manoeuvre between projects, a midway point between bodies-of-work. Some of these subjects are taken from Siúnta, a textile exhibition that collaged stories from the National Folklore archive, some works are tentative forays into a new project - Clodhoppers, a project that begins with a medieval medical zodiac diagram. The works are inbetweens, initial experiments and familiar leftovers, a final wriggle in one body of work before worming into the new.
